Empirically Supported Therapies for Adults

Using the APA Criteria for Empirically Validated Treatments, DeRubeis and Crits-Christoph (1998) comprehensively review interventions found to be "efficacious" (i.e., beneficial under well-controlled study conditions) and "probably efficacious" for 10 specific problem conditions; Click on Empirically Supported Therapies to view a table reflecting these conditions and recommended treatments.
