EBP State Surveys

2002 Survey : In 2002 NASMHPD/NRI conducted a Survey of State Mental Health Agency Commissioners/Directors regarding state needs relative to EBP implementation. Not surprisingly, respondents indicated that their three most important needs involved (1) funds/money issues, (2) training other than staff, and (3) infrastructure, implementation and integration. They also identified funds/money issues, personnel/staff issues and training other than staff as the three most important barriers to statewide implementation of EBPs. Here is a summary of the complete survey findings.
